Balance Board Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This limited lifetime warranty (the "Warranty") is provided by SWELL Wakesurf (the "Manufacturer") and applies to the Tonka Wakesurf balance board (the "Product") purchased by you, the original end-user (the "Customer"). This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period.

Warranty Period: The Warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the Product.

Coverage: The Manufacturer warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the Product fails to conform to this warranty, the Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.

Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product. This Warranty also does not cover any damage caused by improper maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than the Manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE MANUFACTURER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Claims: If the Customer believes that the Product is defective, the Customer should contact the Manufacturer at support@swellwake.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer should then return the Product to the Manufacturer, along with proof of purchase, to the address provided by the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer will then evaluate the Product and, if it is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, will repair or replace the Product and return it to the Customer.

This Warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Step 1

Fill your ballast evenly, there is no need to list your boat to the side when using the SWELL Wakesurf Creator. Start with a 60/40 rear/front split of ballast for a V-Drive boat. More weight in the front makes the wave longer, more weight in the rear makes the waver larger and shorter. For a direct drive boat we recommend starting with 600lbs only in the rear.

Step 2

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna

This device floats. A tether is not required. DO NOT TETHER TO BOAT, this can damage your boat, and/or the device and may void the Lifetime Warranty. If it is a choppy day or busy day on the water and you wan to tether, attach it to a buoy, spare life jacket, or a piece of pool noodle to make it easier to see floating. Make sure your tether won’t interfere with the propeller or surfer.

Step 3

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna

Locate a flat surface 3-4” below the water line free of decals as close to the back of the hull as you can. Press firmly against suction levers, pressing the suction cups into the boat, then lock down the levers. There should be a decent amount of tension on these levers for a good connection.

Step 4

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna

A speed between 10-13mph works best for most boats, please do not exceed 14mph. Practice driving and turning your first time attaching to get used to a bit of steering change with the device on the boat.

Step 5

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna

A speed between 10-13mph works best for most boats, please do not exceed 14mph. Practice driving and turning your first time attaching to get used to a bit of steering change with the device on the boat.
