Poor communication
I emailed you guys for clarification before my order was sent and nobody responded. It’s now been a week and still no response.
Works great. Created a surf-able wave on our boat. Easy to use and move to each side depending on who is riding.
Swell Creator 2.0
I recently purchased the Swell Creator 2.0 wake shaper for my 2007 Malibu V-ride because I was dissatisfied with the suction cups of another brand. I've only used it one time so far, but it stuck on the boat well and created a nice wave.

These should never be attached to boat, if it becomes detached and is still tied to the boat it can be thrown against your boat damaging your boat or the device. It is even possible for it to be thrown into the boat along the tether and could hurt someone in the boat. If you are worried about seeing it floating in the water we suggest cutting a 4-8 in. section of pool noodle and tying it to the device to make it easier to see floating in the water. This can be left floating in the water while you are surfing. Best wishes, Joe
